What does the Registration fee cover?
The fee covers entry to the event, T-shirt, Medal, and breakfast.
Will I get a race day T-shirt?
Race Day T-shirt is complimentary. The sizes are ordered
well in advance. While we try our best to get you the correct size, the
organizers will not be held responsible in case of shortage of any t-shirt size.
If I register under Early bird offer will I get the same Race kit like other participants?
All the registered participants will get the same race kit
with the same contents.
Can I register manually (offline)
There are no manual registrations for the event.
Is there a minimum/maximum age for participants?
- For the Marathon age to participate is 18 years and above as on 16th November 2024.
- Half Marathon, the minimum age to participate is 18 years and above as as on 16th November 2024.
- For 10K, the minimum age to participate is 14 years and above as of 16th November 2024, respectively
- 5k Timed and 5K Fun Run, the minimum age to participate is 6 years and above as of 16th November 2024, respectively.
Can I transfer/cancel my registration? Will there be any refund?
Requests for participation cancellation, transfer of
participation, and thereby refund, will not be entertained.
Oops! I have made a mistake in one of my registration fields. How do I correct it?
Please send an email to support@kaveritrailmarathon.com with the correct details and we will update it.
There was a problem during registration. I have been charged but I did not receive a confirmation. What should I do?
Under exceptional cases, in case the transaction failed at
the payment gateway stage, and if the money was debited but a confirmation was
not generated, the money will be credited back to your account within 3 working
days automatically. However, please email support@kaveritrailmarathon.com
in with details of your registration – date of registration, name and your mail
id and we will follow up to ensure the problem is tracked and closed.
What is the cut off time for the race category?
Full Marathon - 6 hrs, (1st Loop should be completed by 3 hrs)
Half Marathon - 3 hrs 30 mins,
10K - 1 hr 30 mins,
5K - 45 mins.
Cancelation Policy
A You confirm that, in the event of adverse weather conditions, major incidents or threats on the day, any of the force majeure or restriction by authority, the organizers reserve the right to stop/cancel/postpone the event.
*The Event Organizers reserve the right to change the course, or make any other amendment to the Event that is deemed necessary to stage the Event. This could include but is not limited to; changing the race route, delaying the race, stopping participants on the course until the situation is deemed appropriate to continue, altering the distance of the route, canceling or other measures deemed necessary.
*The event organizer possesses the sole authority to cancel tickets for the event. Their role includes the discretionary power to postpone and/or cancel the event as deemed necessary by the company's guidelines and policies.
