What does the Registration fee cover?
The fee covers entry to the event, T-shirt, Medal, and breakfast.
If I register under Early bird offer will I get the same Race kit like other participants?
All the registered participants will get the same race kit
with the same contents.
Can I register manually (offline)
There are no manual registrations for the event.
Is there a minimum/maximum age for participants?
- For the Marathon age to participate is 18 years and above as on 22nd November 2026.
- Half Marathon, the minimum age to participate is 18 years and above as as on 22nd November 2026.
- For 10K, the minimum age to participate is 14 years and above as of 22nd November 2026, respectively
- 5K Fun Run, the minimum age to participate is 6 years and above as of 22nd November 2026, respectively.
Can I transfer/cancel my registration? Will there be any refund?
Registrations for the race are not transferable from one person to another. In case the registered participant is unable to participate in the event, they can get their registration transferred to a different race in our race calendar within the same season, subject to sending a mail confirmation 60 days prior to the event date, and paying a transfer fee of INR 250 and the difference in registration cost, if any. Cancellation and refund of registration fee will not be entertained in any case.
Oops! I have made a mistake in one of my registration fields. How do I correct it?

There was a problem during registration. I have been charged but I did not receive a confirmation. What should I do?
Under exceptional cases, in case the transaction failed at
the payment gateway stage, and if the money was debited but a confirmation was
not generated, the money will be credited back to your account within 3 working
days automatically. However, please email support@kaveritrailmarathon.com
in with details of your registration – date of registration, name and your mail
id and we will follow up to ensure the problem is tracked and closed.
Cancelation Policy
In the event of adverse weather conditions, threats, force majeure, or restrictions by authority, organizers reserve the right to stop/cancel/postpone the event or change the route. Event organizers possess sole authority to cancel tickets.
Official Race Cutoff Time
To ensure the safety of all participants and the timely reopening of the race course, the following cutoff times will be strictly enforced:
- Full Marathon: 6 hours
- The first loop must be completed within 3 hours.
- Half Marathon: 3 hours 30 minutes
- 10K Run: 1 hour 30 minutes
- 5K Run: 1 hour
Can I change the category after the registration?
Yes, you can change the category 60 days prior to the event date. If you have to upgrade the category you will have to pay the difference amount and for the downgrade of the category partial refund will not be done. NOTE: ( Incase of increase in registration fee from early bird to current, The difference amount has to be paid for the change in race category.)
