From Bangalore : Get to the NICE road (a road running across and above Mysore road) and reset your trip meter to 0km
1.3km from the NICE road junction you will see the Rajarajeshwari Hospital on your left. Continue straight.
16km from the NICE road junction you will reach the town of Bidadi.
28.5km from the NICE road junction you will see Gousia College on your right. Continue straight here on the highway.
31.5km from the NICE road junction you will be at Ramanagaram. Continue towards Mysore.
43.7km from the NICE road junction you will be in the town of Chennapatna and you will see the police station on your right. You need to keep going straight towards Mysore.
61.5km from the NICE road junction you will be at Maddur. Continue going straight down.
81.2km from the NICE road junction, you have reached Mandya. As usual continue straight.
107.6km from the NICE road junction you will be on a bridge that goes over the Kaveri river. At this point you are entering Srirangapatna.
Go straight through the town and at 110.7km from the NICE road junction you will come across another junction (circle on a left turn).
At this point if you take a left turn you will reach Young Island (the resort where we have the lunch, baggage counter etc).
If you turn right at the junction you will be heading toward the start point.
Once you have taken a right, 400m along this road you will reach a level crossing (railway track).
As you continue straight and get to 112.4km from the NICE road junction, you will see an arch welcoming you to Ranganthittu Bird Sanctuary.
Take a right and walk for 440m to see the start line on your left.
